Hey everyone! Exciting news! Healing Haven Acupuncture is now carrying Hemp Acres non-GMO and herbicide + pesticide free CBD oil! This CBD oil has no THC in it, just CBD infused in hemp seed oil. And they make it locally in Waconia, MN!

Many of you have heard of CBD and all its amazing uses, but if you haven’t, here are a few common things you can use CBD to help with: pain relief, insomnia, anxiety, depression, alleviate cancer-related symptoms, reduce acne, neuroprotective factors, benefits heart health, diabetes prevention, antipsychotic effects, anti-tumor, and so much more!

Hemp seed oil is also beneficial to us in a few ways. Hemp seed is packed with minerals like potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, and phosphorus. It is also packed with essential fatty acids such as omega 6s and 3s. This can help increase immunity and provide us with beneficial fats our brain needs to function.

I didn't know that CBD oil could help with diabetes. My sister has diabetes and needs relief. Maybe I should get her some CBD oil.

In Chinese medicine, food has been used for thousands of years as a way to heal the body. All foods have different properties, such as warming, cooling, bitter, pungent, sour, spicy, etc. You can use these properties to your advantage based on your own individual constitution and the time of year! For example, everyone should incorporate these foods into their diets this summer because they help cool the body:
    • Watermelon
    • Cucumber
