Who else feels weird and detached at the doctor's office with these vibes: all-white-rooms, somehow-always-blowing-on-you-air-conditioning, lack-of-eye-contact and almost-no-time-spent-with-you? Whenever I go to the doc and I'm not feeling good, I barely feel taken care of! Sometimes you just need to feel heard and understood... and THEN round out the experience with something that will get you feeling normal again.

Let's talk about your health goals over a cup of tea and a candlelit office setting with some soft music. The best part of your acupuncture treatment comes after our little chat about your medical history and treatment plan: you get to take a NAP. You do nothing. You lay there on a tempur-pedic treatment table with cozy blankets. You sleep. You heal. You probably want (and will always get if that's your thing) a little essential oil foot or neck rub. You get back out in the world and kick some butt.

    Love cupping!

Love cupping is like normal cupping in that it has all of the benefits of regular cupping, with a heart-shaped twist.
    • Reduce pain
    • Heal tired & achey muscles
    • Improve circulation
    • Trendy heart-shaped marks left on the body

    So, what is food therapy?

In Chinese medicine, food has been used for thousands of years as a way to heal the body. All foods have different properties, such as warming, cooling, bitter, pungent, sour, spicy, etc. You can use these properties to your advantage based on your own individual constitution and the time of year! For example, everyone should incorporate these foods into their diets this summer because they help cool the body:
    • Watermelon
    • Cucumber
